We carry a small inventory of specialized refurbished/repurposed computers and laptops like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, Samsung, etc.
Jose is great. Recently upgraded to Windows 11. Several days later screen went black. Took it in and Jose fixed it on the spot, corrupted update. Saved me buying new computer.

Jose was fantastic! The fan on my boyfriend's laptop was grinding in such a way where we presumed that the GPU fan needed to be replaced, but Jose took a look at it and found out that a good clean that all that was necessary, since there was just some gunk stuck in with the fan that we couldn't get out with pressurized air.
He also went out of his way to give us some great tips on maintaining the laptop in the future, and was very kind and thorough in explaining how everything worked and came apart for our own future reference. He didn't even charge us anything, despite his hard and thorough work!
He'll be our go-to PC guy going forward, for sure. Very highly recommended!

Jose was fantastic! Just Simple PC's is simply the best. Jose knows his stuff. He has made my HP work when it didn't. He is fast, efficient, personal with very reasonable rates. He explains the issues so you understand. This is absolutely the place to go with an ailing system.

Jose Alvarez has been a god-send for me. He did a tremendous job in converting my old pc data to a new pc with Windows 11. I told him I was smart enough to handle my printer set up at home, but I was wrong. When I contacted Jose, he took the time to set the printer up for me with the correct drivers, etc. and I once again can print as needed. Jose is very talented and knowledgeable regarding pc issues and I'm very happy to have found him. I would recommend him for all your pc needs - he won't disappoint.

Jose is amazing. He really knows his stuff! We needed a full screen replacement on a laptop and he worked quickly to repair. When the motherboard failed a short time later, Jose was generous to provide us with a refurbished laptop similar to the one that died. He is also really nice and loves to share tips. Great service! Highly recommend!!

I went to Jose because he is local to me, and I was very pleased with the experience! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair with his pricing. I brought my laptop in for a charging port issue, and he helped me out even more by installing a new SSD and installing a fresh Windows 11 on my laptop. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for computer repairs!

Since the situation was complex, I brought it in and he was able to get it done within a week despite being swamped with orders (for a good reason). Most importantly, he cares about the result. A very knowledgeable owner who was able to get my laptop up and running expertly and fast once the part came in! When I picked up he had cleaned my laptop and also explained why things are slow and made a few adjustments to help. The BEST experience i have ever had with a computer with a fair price.
